NOTE: If you do not see a list of applications mentioned in step 5 and instead see the message "The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Just select the appropriate carrier and network type, select your Blackberry model from the list and download the latest version. Install this download and follow the above steps again and you should be on the right path.

Step # 1
Connect your blackberry to your computer

Step # 2
Make sure you computer has recognized you usb , If not try restarting your blackberry .

Setup # 3
Once your computer has finished detecting your phone . Just open the software downloaded . if you have not already downloaded the software click here to download

Click on wipe OS . It will ask your confirmation if you want to do so . Click yes
